04.14.10 - A sad announcement
It is with great sadness that Fibria announces the death of its employee Romário Silvestre Koch, aged 28, in São Paulo on Monday night (April 12th). Our electrical maintenance technician had been interned in the state capital’s Red Cross Hospital since the previous Friday (April 9th), for treatment after suffering burns resulting from an accident during maintenance work at the company’s Três Lagoas Unit (Mato Grosso do Sul State). The funeral took place today (April 14th), in the district of Posto da Mata, within the municipality of Nova Viçosa (Bahia State).
