Our equity structure

Fibria is the result of the acquisition of Aracruz Celulose by Votorantim Celulose e Papel (VCP), through its holding company, Votorantim Industrial (VID).

VID holds a 29.3% stake; BNDES, 33.6% and 37.1% free float.
